Why needs a lighter and more efficient speaker? Conventional speakers that are most represented in speaker installations have three important features that can be improved with new technology. The three features that can be improved are: less weight, better efficiency and higher SPL applicable from micro to large cone speaker.
HOW IT WORKS
The new technology increases the flux density in the circuit and magnetic field in the air gap. The new technology offers a unique solution to reduce weight by 25% increase in BL value by 20% and a higher SPL of 3-6 db.
The measured values are flux density in the gap, force factor (BL) and SPL comparison diagram. Increasing the SPL value results from an increased BL from the higher flux density in the magnetic circuit.
The implementation of the new technology is wide in: BA, round, rectangle speakers of all sizes.

Speaker weight reduction is primarily about the weight of a magnetic motor without sacrificing other features and compromises. Also, the density of magnetic flux is increased by a higher BL value. Weight reduction is possible for all magnetic motors used in speakers, such as magnets outside and inside the voice coil, with ferrite or neodymium magnets. Reducing the weight of the magnetic flux, especially the metal parts, enables material savings and higher profits. Weight reduction can be up to 25% and more, efficiently and high SPL value from conventional speaker.
Comparative analysis of two motors without and with technology is shown in diagrams for two types of magnetic motor design.
The new technology allows implementation in speakers of sizes 6 to 40 mm and more,for various purposes, from headphones to professional speakers.

Technology applications range from: micro speaker to larger speakers of all sizes and uses. Advantages are: simple and inexpensive to implement with these enhancements, ideal for manual or automatic assembly lines.
