NEW ON WALL SPEAKER TECHNOLOGY

Music reproduction with speakers for the home stereo and home cinema sound in addition to sound quality, must have a design that fits into the interior. Several types of speakers such as floor stands and bookshelf are used most often, as well as on wall speakers. On wall speakers are most often used individually or in combination with other types of speakers for home sound or home cinema. Due to its specific purpose and design, the wall speaker must fulfill many requirements that other types do not have. Due to the specific wall installation all reproduction of sound energy is based on the front, and the sound quality depends on the environment and the influence of the wall from behind. Some of the basic requirements to be met are: slim design, high sensitivity, better intelligibility, powerful sound at high levels as well as many others. A traditional wall speaker meets these requirements with a closed design, passive radiator, front or downfiring bass reflex port. By mounting the speaker on the wall, depending on the position, the reflective surface of the wall and the design may have weakened or prominent parts of the frequency range.

The solution

The approach to solving the mentioned requirements from wall speakers is offered by new technology, which combines all requirements into one product. The new technology is unique because it enables a thin wall speaker with powerful and precise sound. To check the correctness of the technology implementation, it is made a sample of a 2 way wall loudspeaker with one 3.5 inch mid-bass and 1 inch dome tweeter. The drivers are dynamic and the enclosure is made of slim MDF enclosure only 70 mm. The material for the enclosure can be wood or aluminum, and the size of the mid/bass driver from 3.5 - 8 inches or an AMT tweeter. The advantage of implementing new technology in the loudspeaker is a thin design and high sensitivity compared to the traditional on wall bass reflex loudspeaker design (as in the diagram). The comparative test shows the improvement brought by the new technology. A 3.5 inch mid/bass driver in a deeper 90mm enclosure is used for the closed and downfiring bass reflex design. The depth of the enclosure with the new technology design is 70 mm with the same height and width, which enables the saving of materials and gives a lightweight loudspeaker. The technology also brings a unique design of on wall loudspeakers from anything seen so far on the market.

Can be implemented in 2 way, 3 way on wall loudspeakers and on wall subwoofers depending on the installation for horizontal or vertical mounting.

How it works:

New on wall loudspeaker has implemented new technology for quality sound in a wide frequency range and a unique design. Loudspeaker with implemented new technology is a front bass reflex type with a depth of only 70 mm. The new technology has been developed to cover acoustic performances without the need for a deep enclosure because the new technology uses the functioning of the enclosure and bass reflex differently. The working principle of the technology combines the joint influence of the driver, enclosure and bass reflex port for the quality of the loudspeaker sound. One of the requirements for powerful sound refers to low and high sound levels, which the new technology supports since the loudspeaker is intended for different room sizes. Also, the drivers are standard dynamic and the mid/bass has a small depth due to the slim design. The technology is implemented easily, cheaply and quickly and does not require expensive tools, materials and machines for production. Why is it good to implement new technology? - Because you get a loudspeaker with a slim lifestyle design, powerful sound that can be easily integrated into every room of the house.
